Case flow
A case has a predefined item pool. You choose a collection, review its contents and then receive one result from that set.
Upgrade flow
Upgrade lets you choose both the starting value and the target. The interface then presents a probability linked to that value gap.
Which page should you use?
Use Cases when you want to browse collections. Use Upgrade when you want to understand target selection and probability. Keeping these topics separate also makes the information clearer in search.
